No, unfortunately via the Digital Rights Act we are not obligated to give a refund. The product purchased is a digital good and returned/given back after being received as there is no way to track the activity of good from the recieving party. If any charge backs are included they will be disputed and possible legal action taken.
You can apply via our forums page. Find the server you are most interested in, find the template and submit in the submissions page. You may check back later for a denied or approved tag.
