CWRP | STAFF APPLICATION

Please be advised regardless of the position you are taking part in or have experince in you will go through training as a means to meet the standards of the Eternals CWRP Community and to better ensure people are aware of how things run here. As a Staff Member or Gamemaster you are not above the rules in anyway, shape, or form. If you also have a past history in another server that we are aware of please be mindful that may impact the performance of your application. We wish you the best of luck!


Standards for our Staff and Gamemasters are high and as such we expect you to understand that if we have seen current behavior of carelessness and a lack of effort on your end to maintain and respectful enviorment. Its with great interest regardless of your background or history that you try to apply to this position as we encourage anyone who feels they could fit the rolls properly within our community to see if they can take the reigns properly where needed. Please understand if you are accepted that you will be placed under a trial period as we gauge your ability to do the following:

• Effective Communiaction: Regardless of the position you apply for it is expected you can communicate properly regardless of circumstance. Professionalism within these position is warranted when the time calls for it and you will be observed by both members and fellow staff alike. Please maintain proper bearing
  
  
• Enforcing Rules: Even if you are a gamemaster you can always give someone a reminder that what they may be doing is a rule break and tell them not to do it. Its your job as server staff and Gamemasterrs to keep eachother informed on behaviors your seeing. Do not seek someone out because you dislike them
  
  
• Taking Accountability: Even as Staff members and Gamemasters we make mistakes its our job to inform our superiors and people we work with of any comprimises we have made or mistakes so they can be solved where needed. Honesty is a huge part of the Community

As the Community Grows over time expect expectations to grow and rules to change. Failure to follow anything above will result in removal from this application process or anytime you go through training. Please ensure you ask questions where needed with your respective interviewer.
